The session was held to appraise the external quality assessment results of three Master&#8217;s degree programs at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), namely Automotive Engineering, Finance and Banking, and Veterinary Medicine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8543\" src=\"https:\/\/ceahcm.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/Picture5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"319\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The session was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Ngoc Quynh Lam, Chair of the Education Quality Accreditation Council, and attended by Council members, representatives of the External Evaluation Team, the University&#8217;s leadership, and representatives of the relevant faculties and institutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8541\" src=\"https:\/\/ceahcm.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/Picture6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"319\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During the session, the Council reviewed the external evaluation report and engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives of the University and the External Evaluation Team. Key issues included the measurement of academic staff workload, plans for investment in teaching and research facilities (including automotive simulation systems and a veterinary teaching hospital), the roadmap for curriculum enhancement in response to emerging technologies, and the application of a smart digital education ecosystem to support the management and assessment of programme learning outcomes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8539 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ceahcm.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/Picture7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"589\" height=\"281\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8537\" src=\"https:\/\/ceahcm.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/Picture9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"608\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In her concluding remarks, the Chair acknowledged HUTECH&#8217;s strong commitment to quality assurance, particularly through the development of an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) ecosystem and the effective integration of digital technologies into teaching, learning, and quality management. The Council also provided strategic recommendations, encouraging the University to move beyond demonstrating implementation toward providing clear evidence of effectiveness and continuous improvement. In addition, the Council recommended strengthening the systematic benchmarking of programme learning outcomes against leading national and international programmes.<\/p>\n<p>Following comprehensive deliberation, all Council members unanimously approved the appraisal results.
